Winter Camp 2024 

Young Adult Winter Camp January 4th-January 6th

1st-12th Grade Winter Camp February 17th-19th 

Sample Schedule  

7:30 am/8:00 am

                     Breakfast  

8:45 am         

                     Brush and Flush- This is a time for campers to be able to go back to their cabins and finish getting ready for                         the day  

9 am-10:30am  

                      Experiential Faith Rotations (EFR)/ Small Groups  

                      Experiential Faith Rotation takes the theme of the day and breaks it down into 3-4 rotation stations that                                allow campers to work through the curriculum. They consist of a bible lesson, an art project, a prayer                                      expression, and a community-centered activity. Each station is about 15-20 min long 

 

                      This time may also consist of small group sessions where campers are placed into groups of 8-10 kids in the                          same age group to participate in group discussions and activities.  

11:00 am-12:00 pm 

                      Free Time- Choice Activities (based on campers' interests and abilities) 

12:00 –1:00 

                      Lunch  

1:00 pm-2:00 pm  

                      FOB- FOB stands for Flat on Bunk however that doesn’t mean campers must remain flat on their bunks. This                        time is for intentional rest in the cabins. Campers may write Sunshine notes, read a book, learn a new card                            game or take a nap. We do a lot of activities in both EFR/Small Groups/Free time that it is imortant to rest                            our bodies and minds.  

2:00 pm-3:00 pm  

                      Camp Wide Game- We love small group games but games that involve everyone at camp are our favorite  

3:10 pm-4:00 pm  

                      Small Group time- Please read the above  

4:10 pm-5:30 pm  

                      SIGs (Special Interest Groups) Our counselors come with many skills and talents to share with our campers.                          Games, Nail Art, Baking, Ultimate Frisbee, Poetry, Ping-Pong 

5:30 pm-6 pm  

                      Dinner  

6 pm-7:30 pm  

                      Evening Activity- Evening Activities vary based on age of campers. In the past we have done; Scavenger                                Hunts, Escape Rooms, Family Feud, etc 

8:00 pm –9:30 pm  

                      Campfire- Campfire is a timeless youth event that provides memories to last a lifetime. Youth and counselor                        testimonies, games, stories, and of course...SONGS!  

 

All times are subject to change based on the age of our campers.
